• Using the Platform to facilitate, promote or engage in money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crimes.

ZB77 is firmly committed to responsible gambling as a core principle. The following terms reflect this commitment and the obligations and expectations placed on Users:

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant amendments, ZB77 may provide additional notice via Platform notifications or email to registered users where appropriate and technically feasible.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ZB77 is formally incorporated and operates. ZB77 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor does it claim any Pakistani regulatory licence or approval.

Users in Pakistan access the Platform subject to the laws applicable to them locally, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any related legislation. Nothing in these Terms overrides, supersedes or conflicts with Applicable Law in the User's jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith correspondence via the contact details provided in Section 15. Where direct resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of ZB77's jurisdiction of incorporation, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
